Dr. Feridun Elmas
Dr. Feridun Elmas was born in Konya. After completing his primary education in Konya's Ereğli district, he completed his high school education in Science High School. He continued his medical education at Istanbul Marmara University Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Bahadır Çelik
Kiss. Dr. Bahadır Çelik is a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialist. He graduated from Kuleli Military High School. After studying at Gülhane Faculty of Medicine, Çelik graduated as the second in the term and completed his residency at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He works as a doctoral faculty member at Antalya Bilim University.

They decided to establish a center in order to create a service environment that will enable the patients of Antalya to benefit from these developments and to provide better service by following the rapidly developing technological opportunities in the field of eye health, where physicians with the same fields of knowledge and experience, who foresee collective work in health services, will make professional solidarity permanent, will share their knowledge and experience. In January 1991, they completed their studies and established the Special Orbit Eye Center. This institution is one of the "firsts", which was not very similar in those years in Turkey.
